Whitby Council is happy to provide free motorcycle parking (even if car-drivers block it), but there are next to no cycle facilities here.

Depressing to see this cycle display stand used as cycle parking outside a pub in Whitby. At least they're trying, I suppose, but they offer very little support and hardly any security.
